What we collect
When you order, we collect your name, email, shipping address and payment confirmation from our payment provider. When you browse, we use privacy-friendly analytics that do not identify you personally.
How we use it
We use your details to fulfil orders, send receipts and, only if you opt in, our newsletter. We never sell your data, and you can ask us to export or delete it at any time by emailing hello@petalune.com.
Terms of sale
These template terms describe how ordering works. Prices include VAT where applicable and are confirmed at checkout.
Shipping & returns
Orders over $60 ship free. Unopened products can be returned within 30 days, and any Petal Skin Tint shade can be swapped free within 30 days — even if opened.
Bloom Club
Petals are earned on purchases and returned empties. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred and expire after 18 months without activity.
Accessibility
We want every visitor to be able to shop Petalune comfortably. This site is built to follow WCAG 2.2 AA guidelines: readable contrast, keyboard-friendly navigation, descriptive alt text and reduced motion when your device asks for it.
