A refill guide: sending your empties back for petals

Every Petalune jar is made to come home. How our refill programme works, what we do with your glass, and how many petals you’ll earn.

Amber glass dropper bottles ready to be refilled

Beautiful packaging shouldn’t end up in a drawer — or a landfill. Every Petalune bottle and jar is made from glass, aluminium or paper so it can be cleaned, refilled or recycled properly.

How it works

Rinse your empties, pop them in the paper mailer that came with your order and drop it at any post office — postage is on us. When the parcel arrives, we add 50 Bloom Club petals to your account for every item.

What happens to your glass

Jars in good condition are sterilised and refilled at our studio. Anything chipped is sent to a specialist glass recycler, and lids and labels are separated by hand. Nothing goes to general waste.

Refill pouches

For cleansers and serums, our compostable refill pouches use 80% less material than a new bottle. Pour, recycle the pouch through the same mailer, and keep the bottle you love.

So far, Bloom Club members have sent back more than 41,000 empties. Thank you for helping us keep the garden green.
